    Granny Smith Apple- 1 medium

    Kiwi- 1

    This sweet young thang is simple yet powerful in flavor. An apple a day keeps the doctor away and who doesn’t love getting all warm and fuzzy with a kiwi?! And of course wherever cool green things are cucumber is usually involved. Your gonna love this incredible juice.

    Ms. Georgia Peach: Day 17[2]

    Ingredients

    Peaches- 3 medium

    Gala Apple- 1 medium

    Mint- 1 handful

    Lime- 1 small

    My Spelman sister Jenay is a juicing queen, so I certainly couldn’t leave her out of “FitGirl Shout Out Week.” Beetroot juice has been shown to help the body respond better to exercise, by balancing oxygen use and increasing stamina…so I sipped half of this baby before my run today and the other half after.
