What to learn how to get/stay fit and eat right and still be frugal? Well you are in luck because for the next 30 days, this is what we will be doing!

For 30 days, you will track your meals using My Fitness Pal and also work out at least 2 times per week. For those already working, out please try to increase it. You will also have a private Facebook community that will provide encouragement, tips, and support.
