Wayne County Parks is hosting Time out For Seniors, a program dedicated to seniors who enjoy the game of Bingo. The program offers seniors an opportunity to play Wetland bingo, which features drawings of various species of plants and wildlife instead of the standard bingo sheets with letter and numbers. This bingo game with a twist, familiarizes participants with some of the flora and fauna that can be seen at Crosswinds Marsh.
The program is scheduled on Friday, July 22, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Crosswinds Marsh is located at 27600 Haggerty Road.
This program is recommended for Senior Citizens 55 years and over. In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy storms and rain, the program will be cancelled. The event fee is $3.00 per adult; add $1.00 per person for out-of-county resident.
Advanced registration is required. Participants can call 734.654.1220 to register for this event.
