Under direction, functions as a consultant in the following program areas: benefits administration, human resource planning and policy development, labor and employee relations, employee records maintenance, organizational development, employment, workers’ compensation claims management, human resources information systems, leave of absence administration, staff training and wellness; performs related duties as assigned.


A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Labor/Industrial Relations, Public Administration, Organizational Development or a directly related field from an accredited college or university; two (2) years of professional experience in human resource management, labor relations, organizational development and/or human resources information systems.
