The D-Pact, a group of seven legendary stand-up comedians from Detroit, will take the stage together in a night of gut-busting laughs and side splitting jokes. The live taping will take place on Thursday April 26, 2018 at 8pm at The Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History located at  315 E Warren Ave, Detroit, MI 48201. Tickets for the taping start at $30 and is available at thedpact.com.

The D-Pact consist of Karen Addison, Howie Bell, Mike Bonner, Martini Harris, Bill Hill, CoCo, and Tony Roney.  Each comedian has created a life-long career in comedic success, touring with comical greats like Eddie Murphy, Steve Harvey, Bernie Mac, Martin Lawrence, D.L. Hughley, and Kevin Hart.  They’ve taken on film, television, stage and radio.

This historical event celebrates over 20 years of Detroit’s own comedians who have appeared on Def Comedy Jam, Apollo Theater, MTV’s “Comedy After Dark”, 6 seasons of BET’s “Comic View” including the most recent edition “One Mic Stand” hosted by Kevin Hart, “Jamie Foxx’s LAFFAPALOOZA!”, ” P. Diddy Presents the Bad Boys of Comedy”, “Byron Allan’s Comics Unleashed”, and “Black Men Revealed”.
